投資策略

霸菱俄羅斯基金之投資目標係經由投資在俄羅斯及獨立國協其他會員國（下稱「本地區」）營運之公司，達成長期資本成長。資本主要投入股票與股票相關證券。

為求達成投資目標，本公司將全程佈局總資產至少 70%，投資於位於俄羅斯，或於俄羅斯執行主要經濟活動之個股與股票相關證券。本公司投資於未於交易所正式上市，或於另一受規管市場交易之證券部分，將不超過淨資產 10%。於俄羅斯或本地區營運公司之證券，若有經常不符合該等條件者，為求達成投資目標，本公司將投資美國及全球存託憑證，其標的證券係俄羅斯及本地區營運公司所發行者，以及其他股票相關證券。該等存託憑證通常於俄羅斯及本地區以外之交易所交易。

• Matthias Siller is Head of Barings’ EMEA Equities Team and Co-Manager of the Barings Eastern Europe Fund and Barings Emerging EMEA Opportunities PLC. Matthias began his career in fund management in 1997 at Raiffeisen Zentralbank Austria as a Market Maker/Proprietary Trader in Central & Eastern European Equities and Derivatives. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, he was a Portfolio Manager for Central & Eastern European Equities at Raiffeisen Capital Management. Before that, he was an EMEA Equity Portfolio Manager at Bawag – PSK Invest. Matthias is a member of the CFA Institute and holds a master’s degree from Vienna University in Economics & Business Administration.

  Michael Levy joined Alliance Capital in 1994, handling research for both developed and emerging markets. Since 1997, he has been the Portfolio Manager for various emerging market–oriented specialty portfolios. In 2004, Levy became associate director of Emerging Markets research. In January 2006, he assumed management responsibility for the EMEA portfolio for Emerging Markets Growth. Levy holds a BA (Hons) degree in economics from Manchester University. Location: London.
