本基金主要投資於由從事天然資源（包括（但不限於）礦務、水、金屬與木材）及能源（包括（但不限於）石油、煤、氣體、核能及再生能源）發現、開發、開採、加工或經銷，又或向天然資源及能源行業提供服務的機構所發行並在全球受監管市場上市、買賣或交易的股票。

• Joanne Warner is Head of Global Resources for Colonial First State Global Asset Management (‘CFSGAM’). In her role, Joanne provides investment leadership and sets the research priorities for CFSGAM’s Global Resources team.
  Prior to joining CSFGAM in August 1997, Joanne spent two years as an analyst with London-based global mining specialist broker, T Hoare & Co before moving to Equitilink as a Fund Manager in the resources sector. Her first role with CFSGAM was back-up Portfolio Manager for the flagship Wholesale Global Resources Fund. Since August 2006, she has been the prime Portfolio Manager for all publicly offered Global Resources long funds in Australia, UK, Singapore and Hong Kong. She became the Head of Global Resources in June 2010.
  Joanne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Applied Chemistry) from the University of Technology, Sydney, where she won the University Medal. She was awarded a Commonwealth Scholarship to study at the University of Oxford where she was awarded a PhD in Solid State Chemistry.
