投資策略

本基金的投資目標為取得最大的長期資本增值，同時將長期本金風險降至最小。本基金於任何時候將其資產總值至少三分之二，投資於在本基金章程中附表三所載的受監管市場上或買賣的股本證券。本基金可投資於普通股、優先股、認股權證及可轉換或交換為普通股的證券，如可換股債券及債權證，但在任何時候其資產總值至少三分之二須投資於股本證券。

• Pawel is a Portfolio Manager and a member of the International
  Growth team, co-managing the International Growth strategy. He has
  18 years of investment industry experience.
  Pawel joined ClearBridge as a Research Analyst from predecessor
  firm Global Currents Investment Management, which was founded
  in 2008 by a group of portfolio managers from Brandywine Global
  Investment Management. He was named a Portfolio Manager in
  2013. Prior to joining Global Currents, Pawel was an Equity Research
  Analyst at Allianz Global Investors’ Oppenheimer Capital division.
  Previously, he was a Senior Research Analyst with CA-IB Securities,
  a Research Associate with Credit Suisse First Boston, and an Auditor
  with Deloitte & Touche.
  He is a member of the CFA Institute and received an MA in Finance
  from the Warsaw School of Economics and an MBA from Columbia
  Business School.

• Olsson Thor

• Thor co-manages the ClearBridge International Growth Straegy. He joined predecessor firm Citigroup Asset Management in 2000 and has 17 years of investment industry experience.
  
  During his career, Thor has worked as an equity analyst specializing in international stocks and as a Fund Analyst at Pilgrim Baxter. He obtained his BA in Economics from La Salle University. Thor is also an FAA-licensed pilot.

• Testorf Michael

• Mr. Testorf is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at ClearBridge Investments, LLC, an affiliate of ClearBridge, and has been engaged in the day-to-day portfolio management of the fund since October, 2015. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Testorf was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Partner at R Squared Capital Management, LLP. From 2000 to 2013, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President at Artio Global Management LLC. He earned a B.A. in business and economics from the Witschaftsakademie, Academy of Business and Administration, in Hamburg, Germany. He received the CFA designation in 2000.
